Answer:

a) 1 mole of He has 6.023 x 10^23 atoms.

52 moles of He has 52 x 6.023 x 10^23 = 313.196 x 10^23 atoms.

b) 52 g of He

1 mole of He has 4 g.

4 g = 6.023 x 10^23

52 g = 52 x 6.023 x 10^23 / 4 = 78.299 x 10^23 atoms..

c) 0.1 mole of H2SO4 =

1 mole of H2SO4 contains 6.023 x 10^23

0.1 mole of H2SO4 contains 6.023 x 0.1 x 10^23 = 0.6023 x 10^23

Answer:

(a) The number of atoms present in 52 mol of Ar are 52×6.023×10^23

=3.13×10^25 atoms.

b) 52 g of He will contain 52/4×6.023×10^23

=7.82×10^24 atoms.

c). 0.1 mole of H2SO4

Mass of 1 mole H2SO4=

(2× 1) + 32 +( 4×16) = 98gm

Hence mass of 0.1 mole of H2SO4=

98÷10 = 9.8 gm
