hello

in 1 mole of N2 = Na (avagadro no. of atoms)

so in 4 moles = Na * 4

ie 6.02* 10^23 X 4

=24.08 X 10^23 atoms

then 0.4 moles in molecules ie. N2

so again the same funda for 1 N ie

0.4 X Na = 0.4 X 6.02 X10^23

= 2.408 X 10^23 atoms for one atom of N
but since you have asked N2 multiply with 2
= 4.816 X 10^23 atoms in N2 molecules
