Given: Given value is 24 moles of Ar.

To find: We have to find the number of atoms in Argon.

Solution:

The atomic weight of Argon is 18 it is a inert gas of group 18.

One mole of Ar contain 6.023\times 10^{23} number of atoms.

To calculate number of atoms in 24 mole Ar we have to multiple 24 with 6.023\times 10^{23}.

So, number of atoms is -

24\times 6.023\times 10^{23}=12.4\times 10^{24}

The number of atoms in 24 moles of Ar is 12.4\times 10^{24} .
