calculate the number of electron , proton and newton in 35/17 Cl

Answer:
I learnt this but this question doesn’t make sense but I can teach you something.
ATOMIC NUMBER: is the number of protons an atom contains
MASS NUMBER: is the amount of protons PLUS the amount of neutrons an atom contains. This represents the mass of the nucleus
The atom in the diagram above contains 3 protons therefore it has an atomic number of 3
It also contains 4 neutrons therefore its mass number is 7 (4 neutrons + 3 protons)
while the number of neutrons and protons may not always be the same, the number of protons is always equal to the number of electrons.
# of protons = # of electrons = atomic number
the number of neutrons can be calculated by subtracting the atomic number from the mass number
# of neutrons = mass number – atomic number
