Q = ne where,    Q is the charge

                            n is the number of electrons

                            e is the basic electronic charge

Using Q = ne,

-4×10⁻⁶ = n×1.6×10⁻¹⁹

n = 4/1.6×10¹⁹⁻⁶

n = 2.5×10¹³
