molecular mass of ammonium sulphate = 14 X 2 + 8 X 1 +32 + 4 X 16 = 132

GIVEN MASS = 39.6 g

no. of moles = given mass/molecular mass

= 39.6/132 = 0.3

no of molecules = no. of moles x 6.022 x 1023= 0.3 x 6.022 x1023

= 1.8066 x1023

no. of H atoms = 8 X 1.8066 x1023= 14.4528 X1023
