Use PV=nRT and calculate n. n=PV/RT = (3 atm x 0.224 L )/(0.082 x L.atm/mol.K x 273K) = 0.03 moles. Then convert moles into number, using Avogadro’s number. 0.03 moles x 6x10^23 = 2x10^22 molecules. Note: the pressure measurement has one significant figure.
