The molecules formula of sulphur is given to be S8 ( it Contains 8 atoms of sulphur ). So , the molecular mass of sulphur molecule is 32 × 8 = 256 u. This means that 1 mole of sulphur molecules is equal to 256 grams.

512 g is sulphur =S8

molar mass of s8 molecule= 32*8=256g

number of s8 molecule in 256 grams sulphur = 6.023*10^23

number of s8 molecule in 1 gram of sulphur= 6.023*10^23/256

number of s8 molecule in 16 gram of sulphur= 6.023*10^23*512/256 =1.2046*10^24 molecules.

I hope it will help u
