●To solve this type of numericals we shall use the concept of mole.

➡️First of all it is important to know that 1 mole is dedined as the amountbof substance containing as many atoms, molecules, electrons etc. as there are atoms in 12 gram of carbon 12.

➡️Working formula:-

number \: of \: moles =  \frac{given \: mass}{molar \: mass}

●Given mass ➡️ 36 g

●Molar mass of pottasium ➡️ 39 g

So, number of moles = 36 ÷ 39 = 0.92 moles.

No of moles

= Given mass / Molecular mass

Hence no. of moles of potassium

= 36/39=0.92 moles

= 0.92
