Molar mass of NaOH =40 gmol-1.
Therefore,
Number of moles=60g
40g mol-1
= 1.5 mol.

Here is your answer....
Molecular mass of NaOH = 23 + 16 + 1 = 40
No. of moles = w/M = 60/40 = 3/2 = 1.5
Number of moles in 60g NaOH = 1.5
