Hi child hope ur fine

Child first of all you must be know what is the formula of moles and do we fined formula of any element so here i disscus

1Moles = mass/ mol. Mass of element

Here we calculate the moles?

And mass we have given by = 28.4

And mol.mass of Cl = 35.5

So adding all the values according to formula given as

Mole = 28.4 / 35.5 =

Here the ans when we calculate so open calculator and show me the ans.below the comment box you can do it

indu1237493: It's 0.8 mole...
shoaibahmad131: yes thanks for correction i forgot to write answer

Hii....here is ur answer

Chlorine = Cl = 35.5 u =35.5g

Which is equal to molar mass

Given mass = 28.4 g

Therefore no. of moles = given mass /

molar mass

So, = 28.4 / 35.5

= 0.8 mole...

Hope this will help u......
