Answer:

the molecular mass of CaCO3 is 100g

now 100g=mass of 1 mole CaCO3

so 50g=mass of 0.5 mole CaCO3

now the no. of CaCO3 molecule in 0.5 mole is 6.02×10^23×0.5=3.011×10^23

now no. of oxygen atom in 0.5 mole of CaCO3 =3×3.011×10^23=9.033×10^23

so the final answer is 9.033×10^23
