No of particles = moles x avagadro number
molar mass of HCL = 1x1+35.5x1 = 36.5
given mass =  17.75 g
moles = 17.75/36.5 = 0.48 moles

particles = 0.48 x 6.022 x  10^{23} = 2.89 x 10^23

Answer :-

3.011 × 10²³

Explanation :-

Given mass :- 17.75 gm

Hydrochloric acid = HCl

molecular mass = (1 + 35.5) = 36.5

= given mass / molar mass × avogrado no .

= 17.75/36.5 × 6.022 × 10²³

= 0.48 × 6.022 × 10²³ = 0.5 × 6.022 × 10²³

= 3.011 × 10²³ by round
