Number of spectral lines when electron jump from nth orbit to nth orbit is

n2-n1 × n2-n1+1/2

Here, n2 = 5, n1= 2

Spectral lines = 5-2 × 5-2+1 /2

Spectral lines = 3×4/2

Spectral lines = 12/2 = 6

Therefore the number of spectral lines are 6 if electron jumps from 6 orbit to 2 orbit
