apply simple mathematics
total molar weight of compound is 278 calculated by adding molecular mass of every atom
so
56/278 ×100 is about 20%

drbabbarprashant: because we have to find out the percentage
drbabbarprashant: and total weight of compound is 278
Anushree11: bt y only 56 y nt othr no.
drbabbarprashant: because molecular weight if iron is 56
drbabbarprashant: if we were given to find out percentage of S then we ll calculate as 32/278 multiplied by 100
drbabbarprashant: its as simple as that
drbabbarprashant: i hope u understood if not then tell me
Anushree11: ok understood
Anushree11: thnks
drbabbarprashant: wc

Total weight
56+32+64+14+16*7=278

% FE=56*278/100==155.68

Anonymous: srry
drbabbarprashant: how can percentage be more than 100
drbabbarprashant: haha
Anonymous: 56/278*100..mistaken
drbabbarprashant: yeah this is correct
Anonymous: % FE=56/278*100==20.14
