% C = 3 x 12.011 x 100/ 291.718=12.35

3 (C) = 3 (12.011) = 36.033

9 (O) = 9(16) = 144

∴Molar mass of  Fe_2(CO_3)_3 = 111.69+36.033+144 = 291.723u

To find % composition Fe:

% Composition of Fe =  \frac{Molar mass of element \times Number of element}{Molar mass of compound} \times 100

% Composition of Fe = \frac{55.845 \times 2}{291.723} \times 100

% Composition of Fe = \frac{111.69}{291.723}\times 100

% Composition of Fe = 0.3828 × 100

% Composition of Fe = 38.2
