calculate the percentage of higher isotope of neon which has average atomic mass 20.2 and the isotopes have the mass numbers 20 and 22 ..

There is IS no isotopes of neon with an atomic mass of 20.2. There are three known isotopes of neon that are "stable" ( do not denay by radioactive transformation) and the weighted atomic mass average of these three isotope IS 20.1797 AMU. Neon-20 (with 10 neutrons ) is the most abundant at 90.48% Neon-12 ( with 12 neutrons) is the second most abundant at 9.25% and Neon-21 (with 11 neutrons ) is the most rare at 0.27%.
