Atomic mass of phosphorus is 31g

so,% of phosphorus = (31×2/234)×100

= 26.49%.

b. Molar mass of calcium phosphate is 310.17 g/mole

Atomic mass of phosphorus = 31 g

so, % of phosphorus = (31×2/310.17)×100

= 19.98%.
