Molar mass of FeSO₄.(NH₄)₂SO₄.6H₂O = 392

No. of water molecules= 6

mass of one water molecule = 18g

mass of 6 water molecules = 72g

mass percent of water = mass of water/molar mass x 100 = 72 x 100/392 = 18.37 %
