hi mate!

hope this will help you....

Perimeter=12 + 11 + 6 + 7 + 10 + 8 + ( 16 - 12 )

=23 + 13 + 18 + 4

=54 + 4

=58cm

area=area of ABCD+area of CEFG+area of GHIJ

=8*4 + 12*(11-7) + 7*6

=32 + 48 + 42

=122cm^2
