ph should be 12..

according to poh = -log (oh-)

ph = 14 - poh

where poh = -log 10^-2

poh =2

so ph = 14 -2 = 12..

= -log[10^-2]

= -(-2)

= 2

14 = pOH + pH

pH = 14-2

pH = 12
