"Complete dissociation is defined as the given compound is completely dissociated into positively and negatively charged ions.

The complete dissociation reaction of HCl is as follows.

HCl+H2 O↔  H3 O^+  + Cl^-

Number of moles=  (given mass)/(Molar mass)=  0.365/36.5=0.01 moles

Therefore, 0.01 moles of HCl are present in one litre.

[H+] = 0.01 moles /L = 10-2 moles/L

pH = -log[H+]

    =-log[10-2]= 2

Therefore pH of the solution is 2.
