Answer:

Let current be I

Use kvl

 - 9i  - 2i + 12 - 8  -  i = 0 \\ 12i =   4 \\ i =  \frac{1}{3}

Again from P to Q

v = i + 8 - 12 + 2i = 3i - 4 =  - 1

Answer:

Let current be I

Use kvl

\begin{lgathered}- 9i - 2i + 12 - 8 - i = 0 \\ 12i = 4 \\ i = \frac{1}{3}\end{lgathered}

−9i−2i+12−8−i=0

12i=4

i=

3

1

Again from P to Q

v = i + 8 - 12 + 2i = 3i - 4 = - 1v=i+8−12+2i=3i−4=−1
