We know that V= W/q

and, q=ne, where e=1.6*10^-19 coulomb

Given, W= 2J

           n= 6.25* 10^22 electrons

so, q= ne= 6.25*10^22 * 1.6*10^-19

       = 6.25*1.6 * 10^22*10^-19

       = 10 * 10^(22-19)

       = 10 * 10^3

       = 10^4

So,

V= W/q

  = 2/10^4 volt

  = 2* 10^-4 volt
