H = 7+3 = 10m
m = 10kg
g = 10m/s²

P.E = mgh
= 10×10×10
= 1000Joule

Hey mate here is ur answer
Potential energy (p.e) at 3m above sea level is,
P.e=mgh
p.e=10×10×3
p.e=60 J

potential energy of a body at 7m
p.e=mgh

p.e=10×10×7
p.e=140J
Hope this will help u.
