Given :  boy at the height of 6 m

To Find : Potential Energy

Solution:

Potential Energy  = mgh

PE = mgh

m = mass of the objcet

g = gravitational force

h = height of the object

Potential Energy  =  mg (6)

= 6mg

mg is the Weight of the boy in Newtons

Hence 6 times the weight of the boy is the potential energy

Note: Either Mass or Weight of the boy is required for exact value.
