According to Ohm's power equations, P=(I^2)R.
So, I=4 mA, or 0.004A, and R=5 Kohm, or 5000 ohms.
Plugging in the values, P=(. 004^2)5000, or P=0.000016x5000, thus P=0.08W or 80 mW.
