First we will calculate the work done.

Work done =change in potential energy

Work done =mgh

Work done =(520kg) (9.8m/s^2)(25m)

Work done =127400J

As this needs to be done in 3min i.e 3×60=180s

power =work/time

Power =127400/180

Power =707.78W is needed.
