Power = Energy / Time
= mgh / t
m = 800kg ; g = 10m/s^2 ; h = 15000cm = 150m ; t = 20s ; P =?

P = 800*10*150/20 = 1200000/20 = 60000 W
= 60 kW
Power of electric motor = 60 kW
