The weight the engine can lift = 300 kg
The height the weight is lifted = 15 m
Time is taken to lift the weight = 15 s
Power = weight * gravity * height/ time   [Taking gravity = 10 m/s²]
            = 300*10*15/15
            = 3000 W

The power of the engine = 3000 W

Hope this helps you.
