Dear Student,

● Answer -

Power recieved = 2000 kW = 2×10^6 W

● Explaination -

Area of supposed earth surface is -

Surface area = breadth × length

Surface area = 40 × 50

Surface area = 2000 m²

Here, you shoupd know solar irradiance at earth surface at sea level on average day is 1000 W/m²

Power recieved from the sun to specific area is calculated -

Power recieved = solar irradiance × surface area

Power recieved = 1000 × 2000

Power recieved = 2000000 Watt

Power recieved = 2000 kW

Therefore, Power recieved from the sun to given area is 2000 kW.

Thanks dear...
