We know, pressure is Force/Area.

P = F/A

P = 3/A

For getting pressure, A must ALWAYS be in m^2.

So, 3mm^2 = 3 * 10^{-6} m^2 = 0.000003 m^2

P = 3/0.000003

  = 3,000,000 N

That's truly some great pressure, but there you have it. :)
