pressure = force/area
=> pressure = 4N/1cm^2
here area is not in SI units first we convert it into SI unit
1cm^2=10^-4cm^2
now
pressure= 4×10^4/1
=> pressure = 40000 pascal

  • Force=4N
  • Area=1cm^2=0.0001m^2

We know

\boxed{\sf P=\dfrac{F}{A}}

  • P denotes to Pressure
  • F deontes to Force
  • A denotes to Area

\\ \sf\longmapsto Pressure=\dfrac{4}{0.0001}

\\ \sf\longmapsto Pressure=40000Pa
