We know that:

pressure =   \frac{force}{area}

We know that:

f = ma

Therefore Force =0.1kg*9.81m/s^2

=0.981N

Therefore area=10cm*20cm

=0.1m*0.2m

=0.02m^2

Therefore Pressure=0.981N/0.02m^2

=981/20

=49.05N/m^2

=49.05Pascals
