Area = 500cm^2

= 5×10^-2m^2

Pressure = Force /Area

= 1500/5×10^-2

= 15×10^2/5×10^-2

= 3×10^4Pa

Convert units into SI

Force = F = 1500 N

Area = A = 500cm² = 500×10⁻⁴ m² = 5×10⁻² m²

We know that,

Pressure = Force/Area

P = F/A

P = 1500/5×10⁻²

P = 300×10² = 30000 Pa = 30kPa
