calculate the pressure if a force of 8 newton is applied on 2 centimetre square

force=8N

area=2cm^

=0.0002m^

pressure=force/area

=8/0.0002

=40000N/m^ or 40000Pa

pressure = force / area.

force = 8N

area = 2 cm² = 0.0002m²

now pressure = 8/(0.0002)

= 40000 pascal
