calculate the pressure of a handbag strap that has a force of 15 N, and covers an area of 5 centimeter square.

as you know that P is equal to F/A.
now we have to change area into metre
because pressure is measured in force per unit area in metre square.
therefore 5cm=0.05m
now we put these value in formula..
p=15/0.05=1500/5=300N/m^2.
therefore pressure will be 300 N/m^2

Pressure=F/a
A=0.05m
=15/0.05
15/0.05×100/100
=1500/5
=™300N/m,^2
