Hey Pretty Stranger!

Force = 800 N

Area = 2 m²

We know that Pressure is defined as Force per unit area.

Hence,

   \bigstar \:  \large\boxed{ \sf \: Pressure =  \dfrac{Force}{Area}  }

 \longrightarrow \sf \:   Pressure =  \cancel\dfrac{800}{2}

 \longrightarrow \sf \:   Pressure =  400 \: pascal

\therefore 400 Pascal of pressure is produced by a force of 800 N acting on an area of 2 m²

\large\underline{\underline{Question:}}

Calculate the pressure produced by a force of 800 N acting on an area of 2.0 m^{2}

ok

\large\underline{\underline{Given:}}

  •  Force = 800 N
  • Area = 2.0 m^{2}

\large\underline{\underline{We Know:}}

 pressure = p = \dfrac{thrust}{Area}

\large\underline{\underline{Solution:}}

\Rightarrow pressure = p = \dfrac{800}{2.0}P

\Rightarrow pressure = p = \dfrac{8000}{20}P

\Rightarrow pressure = p = 400 P

{\boxed{\therefore Pressure = 400 P}}
