Given :-

  • Force (F) = 800 N
  • Area (A) = 2 m²

To Find :-

  • Pressure (P)

Solution :-

As we know that

→ Pressure = Force/Area

→ Pressure = 800/2

→ Pressure = 400 Pa

Hence,

  • Pressure produced is 400 Pa

Extra Information

  • S.I unit of pressure is Pascal (N/m²)
  • S.I unit of Force is Newton (N)
  • S.I unit of Distance meter (m)
