If you are seeking for number of dried fish, then it is 3000 fish in a month. One fish weighs 2kg, and there is 6000kg of fresh fish, therefore 6000 ÷ 2 = 3000.

And if you are talking about weight of dried fish, then it is 2000kg in a month. One fish weighs 1/3rd of its weight after drying up, then 6000kg of fresh fish weighs 6000 × 1/3 or 6000 ÷ 3 = 2000kg.
