Heya ☺

Given that

Circumference of a circle = 44cm

Radius = ?

Solution

Circumference of a circle = 2πr

=> 44 = 2 × 22/7 × r

=> 44 = 44/7 × r

=> r = 44 × 7/44

=> r = 7cm

Hence , the radius of a circle is 7cm.

hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

ATQ,

we have to find the radius of the circle.

given the circumference of the circle = 44cm

we know the formula of finding circumference of a circle, that is 2πr.

therefore 2πr = 44cm

==> 2 × 22/7 × r = 44cm

==> 44/7 × r = 44cm

==> r = 44/1 × 7/44

==> r = 1 × 7

==> r = 7cm

VERIFICATION :-

circumference of the circle = 2πr

= 2 × 22/7 × 7

= 2 × 22

= 44cm

hence verified

thus the radius of the circle is 7cm.

hope this helps..!!
