Answer:

Since radius of the nth orbit,r suffix n=a . n∧2

       since,a=[4π×ε zero ×square of the planck constant]/n∧2[me∧2],,

a=0.053 nm⇒this is a value got after substituting all constants like planck constant,epsilon zero,4π,mass of the electron.

 here n=3 so,

 r suffix 3 =0.053 nm × 9

                 =0.477nm⇒radius of the third orbit of hydrogen atom.

energy of the electron of third orbit,E suffix 3=-13.6/square of n

n=3 so,

   E suffix 3=-13.6/9=-1.5111eV⇒Energy of the electron of third orbit
