Calculate the ratio of resistance of a 50 w bulb and a 25 w bulb

Cobsider the resistance of bulb with power 25W as R1 and that of bulb witj power 50 W as R2.

So,as the voltage is constant , we can take the ratio as follows

P1/P2=R2/R1

25/50=R2/R1

So , ratio =R1/R2=50/25=2/1=2:1(ans)
