The formula for resistance of wire is R=rho * L/A                                                            where,rho=resistivity of wire,                                           L=length of wire,                     A=area of cross section of wire.                                                                                               so, given,rho=1.8 x 10^-8 ohm ; l=2 m ; A=4 mm=4 x 10^-3 m                                                 substitute the values in the equation,we get                                                                R=1.8 x 10^-8 ohm X 2 m /(4*10^-3 m)                                                                                   on solving we get R=0.9 X 10^-5 ohm
