First solve of upside that is the upper circuit is in series so

Rs=R1+R2+R3

=2+3+1

=6

Now solve down one circuit that is also in series so

Rs=R1+R2+R3

=6+4

=10

Now both will be in parallel connection so use this formula

1/Rp=1/R1+1/R2

=1/6+1/10

=37.5
