Heyaa!!
R1 and R2 are connected in series
therefore RS = 30+10 ohm = 40 ohm
RS and R3 are connected in parallel
=> 1/ Rp= 1/40+1/40= 2/40= 1/20
=> Rp = 20 ohm
Rp and R4 are connected in series
=> R = 20 + 20 = 40 ohm
total resistance R = 40 ohm
