v =  \sqrt{ \frac{3rt}{m} }  \\ t = 273 + 127 = 400 \\ m = 16 \\ r = 8.31 \\ v =  \sqrt{ \frac{3 \times 8.31 \times 400}{16} }   \\  =  \sqrt{(623.25)} \\  = 24.96
