(ii) length of the hypotenuse of the right angled triangle ( By pythagoras thm)
=> 16² + 12² = 400
√400 = 20cm
area of the triangle = 1/2 * 16 * 12
=> 96cm²
area of the semi circle
=> π r² / 2
=> 22/7 * 20 * 20 * 1/2
=> 629cm²
area of the shaded reign=
629 - 96 = 533cm²
