Given :: -

  • Principal = Rs 750

  • Time =  \dfrac{3}{2}

  • Rate = 10%

To find :: -

  • Simple interest?

Formula used :: -

  • S.I. =  \dfrac{P×R×T}{100}

Solution :: -

⠀⠀⠀S.I. =  \dfrac{750×10×3}{100×2}

⠀⠀⠀S.I. =  \dfrac{225}{2}

⠀⠀⠀S.I. = Rs 112.5

___________

More about it :-

Simple interest formula is given as:

SI =  \dfrac{P×R×T}{100}

Where SI = simple interest

P = principal

R = interest rate (in percentage)

T = time duration (in years)

When calculating amount :-

Amount (A) = Principal (P) + Interest (I)

Given

  • Principal = Rs.750
  • Time = \dfrac{3}{2} years
  • Rate = 10%

To find

  • Simple Interest

Solution

  • Formula for calculating the simple interest is

\large{\underline{\boxed{\tt{S.I = \dfrac{P × R × T}{100}}}}}

\tt:\implies\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: {S.I = \dfrac{750 × \frac{3}{2} × 10}{100}}

\tt:\implies\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: {S.I = \dfrac{750 × 3 × 10}{100 × 2}}

\tt:\implies\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: {S.I = \dfrac{75 × 3}{2}}

\tt:\implies\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: {S.I = \dfrac{225}{2}}

\tt:\implies\: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: {\underline{\boxed{\orange{S.I =Rs.112.5 }}}}
