Given :    Sides of the triangle:  AB-15cm   AC-7cm   BC-11cm

To find :  largest angle in the triangle

Solution:

Angle opposite to largest side is largest

AB = 15 cm

AC = 7 cm

BC = 11 cm

AB is largest

Hence angle between AC & BC would be largest

Applying Cosine formula

AB² = AC² + BC² - 2AC * BC Cos∠C

=> 15² = 7² + 11² - 2*7*11Cos∠C

=> 225 = 49 + 121 - 154Cos∠C

=> 55 = - 154Cos∠C

=> Cos∠C = -55/154

=>    ∠C = 110.92

largest angle in the triangle  = 110.92
